Welcome to AiPerion (the "Service"), a web-based platform developed by DATA SCIENCE EXPERTS SAS (“DATA SCIENCE EXPERTS”, “DSE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These are the Terms and Conditions governing your access to and use of the website aiperion.earth and its related sub-domains, sites, services and tools (the “Site”, or the “Service”). Definition of Services

AiPerion is a web-based platform that provides a suite of tools for assessing damages resulting from natural disasters on agricultural land using geospatial data and machine learning/deep learning models. The Service includes but is not limited to data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and deployment of machine learning models.

User Accounts

To use the Service, Users must create an account on the AiPerion platform by providing their name, email address, and password. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. DATA SCIENCE EXPERTS SAS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, without notice.

Service Use

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DATA SCIENCE EXPERTS SAS disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from DATA SCIENCE EXPERTS SAS or through the Service shall create any warranty.

Upon termination or suspension, User shall immediately cease using the Service and destroy all materials and information entered into the Service.
